Overview questionnaires related to self-regulated learning or metacognition

This page provides an overview of various self-regulated learning or metacognitive questionnaires.

During my PhD, I was looking for various ways to measure metacognitive and self-regulating learning related abilities for myself, but also for my students. I was familiar with and had used the MSLQ before in one of my previous studies (Van der Linden & Kiewiet, 2016). However, I could not find an overview of questionnaires, which I wanted to be able to make an educated choice. There are some website with some information (for instance here, with all the questionnaires available via this url). Although eventually I used mainly qualitative data collection methods, I still ended up with a spate of questionnaires. You can find the commonly used abbreviations, the title and a citation. If possible I also provided a URL.
